Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 June 2026
1. Scope
This Policy explains what information Alpha 69 (the “Service”) collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you disagree, stop using the Service.
2. What we collect
- account identifiers (email, account ID) provided through sign-in;
- technical information (IP address, browser, device, operating system);
- your history of interactions with the Service (generations, purchases, settings);
- files you upload as references and the content you generate.
We do not require passports, identity documents, or personal information beyond the minimum needed to run the Service.
3. How we use it
- to operate the Service and deliver the content you request;
- to communicate with you, including notifications and support;
- to process payments and maintain your credit balance;
- to analyse and improve the Service.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We share it only as needed to run the Service — with payment providers, hosting/storage, and the AI model providers that produce your content — or where required by law, or with your consent.
5. Storage & security
Data is kept for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no transmission over the internet is ever fully secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You can delete your account from the account page; this removes your generated content and anonymises your profile, while financial records required for accounting are retained. You may contact support for any data request.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always published here; continued use of the Service means you accept it.
