Refund Policy

Alpha 69 sells prepaid credits — non-material digital goods that are delivered instantly and consumed when you generate content. Because access is granted immediately, purchased credits are generally non-refundable once delivered.

If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. You are not charged for content that was not produced.

A refund of a payment may be considered only if:

• the service was not rendered due to a technical fault on our side; or
• access to the purchased credits was not actually provided.

Contact support within 24 hours of payment with your account and the transaction details. Each request is reviewed individually. Please contact support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, and allow us a reasonable time to resolve the issue.
