Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Alpha 69 (the “Service”), an AI image and video generation studio. By using the Service — including signing in, buying credits, or generating content — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

The Service produces and hosts explicit adult (18+) material. The Service makes it possible to create 18+ content because the AI model providers it integrates do not impose content restrictions on such material.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that adult content is lawful where you access it. You are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws.

You agree NOT to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute:

• any sexual content involving minors or anyone appearing under 18 — zero tolerance;
• content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent;
• content that is illegal where you live or that violates third-party rights;
• anything that violates the rules of our payment or infrastructure providers.

You are responsible for the prompts you enter, the references you upload, and the outputs you generate and how you use them.

The Service runs on prepaid credits — non-material digital goods consumed when you generate content. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your card or wallet details.

Because credits are digital goods delivered instantly, purchased credits are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy. A generation that fails for a technical reason on our side is automatically refunded in credits. You agree to contact support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, and to allow us a reasonable time to resolve it.

To the extent permitted by law and by the underlying model providers, you own the outputs you generate and are responsible for them. We may remove content and restrict access where it violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Service, its software, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service itself without permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific results, or that generated content meets your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits. You use the Service at your own risk.

We may suspend or limit access if you breach these Terms, in case of abuse or elevated risk, or where required by law or by our payment providers. Suspension does not release obligations incurred earlier.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published here. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
